[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association ] BIG PERSIAN RAILWAY PROJECT. GENEVA, September. 27. A party of English Swiss and America engineers is proceeding to Persia to study the proposed construction of a mi‘lwav from Teheran to the Persian Gulf at an estimated cost of six millions sterling. It is understood that financial groups in several countries are interested.
