WESTLAND SUB-UNION. .MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 20th. The Sub-Union met at 7 p.m. Preset Messrs F. 'McGregor (chair). Cut hush. Breeze, Stafford and Heenan. The Kokatahi Club asked that the Breeze Shield be presented at a ball to he held at Kokatahi Shortly.—Received and agreed to. The Tnangahua Sub-Union accepted the challenge for the Dittman Shield to take place at Reefton on Saturday nest.—Received ; selectors to pick team Wednesday evening. Resolved to declare eight-stone competition closed and School A the winners. Mr McGregor was appointed manager of the team to Reefton, arrangements to he made with Newmans Motors for conveyance On Saturday morning. Accounts as scheduled were passed for payment.
