NOTICES 01' -MOTION. 1. —The Chairman to move : “That the accounts presented for the month ol August. 1920, as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance 'Committee, amounting to £— . be passed for payment.’" 2. —The Chairman to move: “That pursuant to the provisions of the regulation as to the use of motor lorries, Alfred John Sloss he appointed an Inspector under the said regulations for the district of the County of ‘Westland.” 3. —The Chairman to move: “That John Frederick Pethig, of Ross, be appointed an examiner of motor drivers for idle Comity of Westland and interior Boroughs of Hokitika and Ross, as from the Ist September, 1920.” ■l.—The Chairman to move: “That the Overseer be instructed to prepare plans and specifications for the expenditure of Government grants from the Public Works Fund as soon as convenient, and when same are approved. tenders be called for the works, without delay.”
