RACE JUDGING CHARGES.
GENEVA, Aug. 1. Charges of deliberately giving four wrong decisions in the recent world’s cycle, championships held at Hilan are made by the Swiss Press against the Italian. Signor Luigi liovtolin. who judged the contests. In one event ilia English rider. Hnbberfield, was phoed second to tho Italian /net hetti. although, in the opinion of the onlookers, the former won easily.
The Danish rider. Ealkhausen, who is- said to have reached the finish a wheel ahead of another Italian, floiocclii, was declared a loser, as was the Frenchman. Schilles who is stated to have gained a verdict over his Italian opponent Giorgetti. The Swiss rider Kauffmann, it is added, was similarly treated.
