Australian—Salted, 154 s to 160 s per c-wt (Is 4ld to Is oil per lb) : unsalted, lots to lCfls per cwt (Is 4}d to Is 5d per lb) ; other qualities, 1.30 s to 150 s per cwt (14 IJd to Is 4d per lb). Argentine—lsos to 1565, up to loSs per cwt (Is 4d to Is 41 to Is 4Jd per lb) ; other qualities, 136 s to 148 s per cwt (Is 21 dto Is 32cl per lb). Canndi'au—lsos to 154 s per cwt (Is 4d to Is 4ld per lb). Irish—Creamery (dull), 144 s to 148 s per cwt (Is 3’d to Is 3:Jd per lb). Siberian—(dull), 130 s to 138 s up to 140 s per cwt (Is lid to Is 2?,d to Is 3d per lb). Danish—(steady), 174 s to 17Gs per cwt (Is Cid to Is 6:(d pei- lb). CHEESE. Colonial is quiet. English finest farmers— (steady), 96s to 100 s per cwt (101 d to 10i}d per lb). Canadian—Finest coloured, 82s to 84s per cwt (BRI to 9d per lb) ; excoptiunal, 85s per cwt (9d per lb) ; white. I 82s to 81s up to 80s per cwt (BiJd to 9d to 9.1 d per lb). ’New Zealand —Coloured, 80s to 82s per cwt (B.)d to B:fd per lb) ; while, 81H to S4s per cwt (81,(1 to 9d per lh). A. shipment of New Zealand produce arrived this week per s.s. Devon. CASEIN. Present quotations are:— ; French rennet, £52 to £59. Argentine, £SO. S TALLOW. There was no auction sale this ween. The market is unchanged. WOOL. Bradford market continues firm. Present. quotations are for tops:— fit’s (mci ?nu) warp Is 3d. 04’s (merino) 'average 4s. ofi’s (super half-bred) 2s 9d. 50’s (fine cross-bred) Bs. 40’s (prepared) Is 9d. HEMP. The Manila market is quiet and easier. “,J” grade Seplombor-Xovcmber shipments sold down to £44 10s. fhe sisal market is dull with a downward tendency. No. 1 is being freely offered at £42 IDs to £43 spot. There, is better demand for inferior brands. New Zealand tended to be easier, high mints being freely offered for shipment at £37 10s, fair £3l 10s. Xo business has been reported. A small parcel of fair, afloat, sold at £34 15s per ton.
