Jt is asserted that the Indiana injunction will ibe made the basis of a Pennsylvania action to stop the fight, while, according to messages from Atlantic City, Dempsey’s manager states the granting of the injunction in Indiana will not interfere with the bout. Tex Rickard declares the plans must proceed.
