ST. I/EGER. LONDON. Scpl. 8. The St. Legor resulted: Coronach 1, Caisson 2, Foliation 3. Twelve ran. Won by two lengths. LONDON, September 8. Cnronaeh.’s time of 181 3-5 secs, is arecord. He was last away but was well a l 'cad at the half distance. Caissot and Foliation came into the picture n* furlong ami a-hnlf from home but Coronach was still going with great vim. Coronach’s win amply proves his claims to be the best three year old of 192(1, especially as be lost several lengths at the gate, but quickly made them up and was four lengths ahead entering the straight. He won in record time, making bis season’s winnings for Lord Wnlvington more than C 40.000. The winner was further handicapped by a shifting plate during the race.
