ELECTROCUTED. AUCKLAND, Sept. 3. Aubrey Stephens. 24, a eliainman employed by the Public Works' Department was electrocuted at Huntley West through his chain coming in contact with an eleven thousand volt line. Death must have been instantaneous. HAMILTON, Sept. 3. In connection with the deatli of Aubrey Stephen, it is understood the deceased tied a survey chain to a Hire fence close to the roadside and went down into a valley and climbed up to the other side ot a hill. In doing so the chain came into contact with the power line. Deceased resided at Hamilton,
