hidden gems. BUDAPEST.. July 24. Professor Karl Fabri, examining an Asiatic collection of statuettes in the National Museum at Budapest, found an empty secret drawer beneath the goddess Lakshmi. Pie tested seven other statuettes and found in four of them gems and ancient ornaments collectively worth at least £20.000.
