Tourist Money. There is no easier money earned by a country than that brought in by visitors. The Government Statistician estimates that £1,000.000 is left in the Dominion hv tourists each year. Last December the s.s. Carinthia spent four days i,u New Zealand waters with a party of American tourists and £20.000 was stated to have l>een left here.
