[Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.] TURKISH EXECUTIONS. CONSTANTINOPLE. Aug. 28. Four of those sentenced to death, mentioned yesterday, were executed at mid-night. Five others, members of the Committee of Union and Progress, including I’couf Bey and Rahmi Bey, have been sentenced to perpetual banishment. All the others were acquitted . CHINESE PIRATES. PEKIN, Aug. 27. A gang of thirty-eight pirates disguised as passengers, looted the Norwegian steamer Sandviken, of money, jewellery and clothes; amounting to twenty thousand dollars. MORE SURA’IA'ORS. DKIIHI, Aug. 28. Forty more, hitherto reported dead, have survived the boat- disaster.
