Reports from Sofia state that fighting is proceeding north-east of Salonika between tlie troops favoring General Koiidvlis and those who are loyal to General Pangalos. It is also reported that the Greek fleet is engaged. LONDON. August 25. The “ Daily Express’s ” Athens correspondent says: “The efforts to form a Coalition Government have failed. General Koiidvlis is now forming a. stop-gap Cabinet, with himself as Premier. Elections will be held ill October.
