ABAHUBA FAT STOCK SALE. s Yesterday’s entries at the above yards consisted of 125 ltonmey breeding ewes. 53 head of fat cattle and 5 dairy cows. There was the usual attendance of buyers and competition was fairly brisk throughout the sale, ox beef ranging from 37s to 40s per hundred, prime heifer beef from 33s 6d to 38s per hundred, ditto cow beef 30s to 36s per hundred, unfinished - cows
from 25s to 30s. Messrs IV. Jeffries and Co. sold as follows:—On account of Messrs Nolan Bros., 124 breeding ewes at 25s 6d. On account of Mr T. Walsh, 1 heifer £lO 7s (id, 2 at £lO, 2 at £9 12s 6d, 2 at £9 ss. 1 at £9, 0 at £8 10s, 1 at £3 7s Cd. 2 bullocks at £l2 7s (id, 3 at £ll ss. On account of Mr J. M. Gibb. 2 bullocks at £l3 ss, 4 at £l3 2s 6d. On account of Mr E. A. Gibb, 1 bullock at £'lfi 10s, 2 at £l6 ss, 2 at £l6, 14 at £l3 12s 6d, 3 at £l2, 3 at £ll los, 5 at £ll 10s, 2 at £ll. On account of Mr F. R. Woodham, 2 cows at £7 2s 6d. 5 at £4, 3 yearling steers at M 7s 6d.
