KALGOORLIE MURDERS.
KING’S EVIDENCE REWARD. [by TELEGRAPH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.| PERTH, Aug. 18. The trial of Coalter and Treffene was continued. The public interest is still sustained, large crowds waiting outside the Court House for hours before it opened. ( Clarke, in the course of his evidence said he did not at present possess any money, and ho did not know that he was entitled to fifteen hundred sterling and to a free pardon for turning King’s evidence, hut he admitted such reward would ho handy. Ho denied saying that ho would not accept it.
