David William Cutler Cooper, breaking, entering, theft and forgery to two years’ hard labour. David Sefton, on ten charges of theft of funds of Onehunga Borough Council, to two years’ reformative. Wm. John Marriott, for theft to two years’ hard labour. George 'Edward Cox, theft of horse, six months at Borstal. Arthur Henry Sherwood, two breathes of Bankruptcy Act, to three months’ hard labour. A SERIOUS CHARGE. NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 11. At the Supreme Court Sydney Wallace Hardie, aged twenty. was found guilty of attempted carnal knowledge, of a child aged nine, indecent assault and knowingly communicating a veliera 1 disease. Sentence was deferred.
