THE ROYAL TOUR.
[Australian & N.Z. Cable Association." l LONDON, August 9. The morning papers do not refer to the Duke and Duchess of' York’s tour, nor do they comment on the reported change in. the plans, which is regarded as unofficial, though it is possibly an intelligent anticipation of the final decision, inasmuch as it is known that there has always been a strong desire to utilise a battle cruiser if possible. Nothing further has been published from Australia since Saturday. Australia is still the sole source of the reports of changed plans.
The official circles in London maintain silence.
