FACTORY ACCIDENTS. Accidents reported as having happened in factories for the year ending December 31st last totalled 2426. Of these 16 happened to people under 16 years of age, 406 to those between 16 and 20, and tho remaining 1952 to those over that age. About one-fourtli of the accidents were caused by machinery. Seven were fatal.
