PARIS FASHIONS. PARIS, July 1. There was a brilliant display of fashions at the Prix defT Drags at Auteuil this afternoon. The bright sunshine was a fitting accompaniment to the painted and embroidered tnft'eta dresses and great picture hats which, for the first time, today almost conijil'ctely displaced the cloche hats that have been worn for tho past two years. Women appear to have come back to a more natural figure. The waistline is in its norm'n! place, and the plain-cut dress with narrow outline has been displaced by ample skirts with plenty of frills and flounces. For the first time American manufacturers .invaded tho Paris fashion displays, and there were mannequins in the paddock wearing dresses made in Paris but of American silk, with American printed designs.
