SYDNEY, Aug. 5. The New South Wales Golf Council carried a resolution requesting the Australian Golf Council to take steps to secure representation of the Australian golfers at the championship meeting at V ellington lor October loth to 25th. but in the event of it being impossible t-o secure an Australian team steps would be taken by tiie New South Wales Council to secure a visit by a team representative of New South Wales.
