At the Supreme Court Edith Rosana Smith was charged with conspiracy with John Joseph Sansen and Neils Martin Olsen by fraudulent means to defraud the Postmaster-General of £159. also of making a false post office withdrawal receipt for the same sum; also knowing that the post office withdrawal receipt would be forged and dealt with the same as if genuine. In the Peri-au case, Jilie jury returned a verdict of guilty of receiving the goods stolen fiom shops of Cameron, Bros and Clark Ltd. Bet not guilty on the other seven counts The prisoner was remanded for sentence,
