NEAV YORK, July 29. A telegram from Miami, Florida, states eight, persons are known to have been killed in a hurricane at Nassau on Monday. The steamship Alunanmnr wirelessed to-day that the property damage was between four and five million dollars. No reports have been received from the outlying islands. SANTO DOMINGO, July 29. Three schooners bound for AVi nil ward Islands sank in the storm off Zaona Islands. Fifty-four bodies have been recovered.
