The Returning Officer announces that he has received the following nominations. as delegates to- represent the various districts on the Electoral Com-

mittee which meets in Wellington on the 26th. Aug. to consider the Fourth Annual Report and Accounts of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Hoard, And -to elect two Producers’" Representatives on the Board :

AVith one exception, of Southland District, the number of nominations docs not exceed the number of delegates required, and the delegates nominated are therefore duly declared elected. A postal election is Being conducted in Southland District, where only two delegates are required, whereas three have been nominated. The necessary ballot paper is being despatched to each sheep-farmer in the district owning mot loss' than one hundred sheep.
