mittee which meets in Wellington on the 26th. Aug. to consider the Fourth Annual Report and Accounts of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Hoard, And -to elect two Producers’" Representatives on the Board :

Auckland District—C. K. Wilson Pio Pio), H. E. AVorsp (Whangarei). Gisborne District—F. S. Bowen (Gislorne), AY. G. Slierratt (Gisborne).

Hawke’s Bay District—R.. S. Chad-

wick (Dannevirke), J. H. .Toll (Havelock North), A. G. Nolan (AA’airoa), A. V. S. Reed (Napier).

West Coast District—F. AY. Arbon

(Ashhurst), A. Campbell (Feilding), AY. Morrison (Maxwolltown). AVairarapa District—L. T. Daniell (Masterton), C. C. Jackson (Tvopuaranga). - Al arlbor ou gl i-No Iso n - AVes 11 am d District—A. Latter (Blenheim), Alexander Thompson (Ward). North and Mid-Canterbury District —H. D. Ackland (Christchurch), J. Carr (Moth veil) , J. O. Coop (Little

Otago District—James Begg (Dunedin), J. D. Revie (Crookston), D. J. Ross (Hillgrove).

Southland District—A. S. Holms (AVaimahakn), G. P. Johnston (AVaiknka Aballey), AY. J. A. McGregor (Bireliwood). Two delegates required. AVith one exception, of Southland District, the number of nominations docs not exceed the number of delegates required, and the delegates nominated are therefore duly declared elected. A postal election is Being conducted in Southland District, where only two delegates are required, whereas three have been nominated. The necessary ballot paper is being despatched to each sheep-farmer in the district owning mot loss' than one hundred sheep.
