Public Works and Marine Pensions ; Perrier, Colonies; Bokanowiski, Commerce; Onielles, Agriculture; Falliere, Labour. l’oincare, in a statement, said he had not encountered difficulties in forming a very hroacl-hased Ministry of National t.’iiicn. representative of all parties. He will not attempt to allocate the portfolios on a percentage basis. If he had given attention to all suggestions he would have spent an endless time seeking an ideal solution. At present there is no time to be lost.
