“THE AYOALVX WHO OBEYED”— TO-NIGHT.
T!ie English film, “The Woman Who Obeyed,” apart from the fact of pe-
senting a leiyseiy dramatic modem photoplay, will lie remembered for the beautiful effects of the colour photography that are used in the picture. -Many pictures from America have been photographed either (entirely or in [■art in colour, but in England tie producers have never < used colour photography to any large extent, "he seqttenco of the Arts Ball in “The Woman Who Obeyed,” one of the attractions tit the PiTricess Theatre tonight is filmed in colour. The riot of colour of the fancy costumes, the play of the'coloured lights, the hilarity and joy of the- dancers are all brought out much more forcefully by the adroit use of colour photography. It is a story of a wife who obeyed too well, attempting on answer to the problem of who is supreme in the home, man or wife? “The Woman Who Obeyed” is directed by Sidney Morgan and features Hilda Bayley, Stewart Rome and Peter Dear. A two ‘reel comedy and further chapters of the serial will also ho shown to-night.
