The new Minister of Public Works will take office amid a chorus of approval. Aft Coates has waited a long time before making this final appointment, and he has left the installation of Mr Tv. S. Williams, the member f Ol . Mi Williams has been selected without any reference to length of parliamentary service' and he enters the Ministry ns a voung mail, two facts that are in his favour.
