POINCARE’S ASSURANCE. PARIS, July 22. ,M. Poincare reassured the Left Group iu Parliament during the course of an interview with a delegation from i' ' tlio inter-Party Republican group at present comprising about three hundred, anxious to know if M. Poincare’s Government would include their adequate representation. M. Poincare pointed out that he was impotent as regards the Ministry of Finance, unless at the same time, he added, the Government was constituted wholly to save the State without thoughts of reprisal.
