Cordial co-operation of the Auckland Hospital Board for making provision for clinical instructions for the sixth year medical students at the hospital, was promised by the Board at a meeting last evening. The Chairman, Mr Wallace, and other members welcomed the innovation as the first step in having a medical school in Auckland, and the breaking down of a policy of centralisation which hitherto has mad,? it necessary for medical students to spend the whole of their period of study at Dunedin.
