( BY TELEGRAPH—rF.K VRESS ASSOCIATION THE HOUSE. AVELLTXGTON, July 13. The House met at 2.30 p.m. The afternoon session was occupied with formal business and a lengthy, annual debate on tourist resorts. At 7.30 p.m. the debate on the Budget wns opened by Air Holland (Leader of the Opposition), who criticised the Government finance, but did noc move a vote of no-confidence. He was followed by Hon. Nosworthy and at 9.2 d p.m. the adjournment of the debate was moved by Air Forbes, and the House rose till 2.30 p.m. next day.
