L—The Chairman to move;—“That the accounts presented for tlie month of June, as revised and recommended for pfiyment by tlie Finhncc Committee, amounting to £ be passed for payment.” -• —The Chairman to move-“ That ihc Council MATvE AND LEVY pusuant to the provisions of Sections 18-55 of the Rating Act, 1908, and its amendments, and sections 120-121 of tb(> Counties’ Act, 1920, li General Rato as follows: (a) SIX FARTHINGS in the £ on tlie capital value of all rateable property in the Northern Riding of the County of Westland. (b) —.SIX FARTHINGS in the £ on the capital value of all rateable properly in the Central Riding of the County of Westland.
If) —SIX FARTHINGS in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the Southern Riding of the County of Westland. SUCH GENERAL RATE to he for the period COMMENCED on the Ist DAY OF ARRTL, 192 G, and ENDING on the 31st DAY OF MARCH, 1927, And to become due and payable in one sum on the 13tli day of July, 1920, at the office of the Westland County Council. (c) —A SPECIAL RATE of 3TXSEVENTEENTHS of a penny in the £ (annually recurring) for the special Inter-Wanganui Rating District, affecting the loan of ,£-105 for La Fontaine creek clearing.
