THE COAL TROUBLE
[Australia ifc N.Z. Cable Association 1 OWNERS NEW TERMS. (Received this day at 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, July 5. In the expectation that the Eight Hour Bill will receive the Royal Assent by Wednesday, several coal millers have announced new terms to miners affecting 189,000 men in' Yorkshire, 125,000 in Scotland, 07,000 in Forest DcPn and 20,000 in Warwickshire. The Cabinet, coal committee meet to-day. It is understood the Government are awaiting reports from districts regarding the men’s responses to tho new terms.
