The action of State Forests .in granting permission to sawmillers to export a million feet cf timber is a concession aprectitcd by the timber industry, remarked the AVollington “Post.” The proprietors of the industry have been impeded by the importation of American cedar duty lree and by the embargo placed oil the export of New Zealand timber.
