Caillaux (Finance Minister) and the Chamber of Deputies were compelled to yield to the Senate regarding certain, credits regularising the arrears of last year’s budget, which is usually voted practically without debate. The Chamber yesterday voted this, but tho Senate rejected two items. Thi sis regarded as boding ill for Tuesday’s big debate on the Government's financial proposals. PARIS, July 1.
