HOCKEY.
[by TEI.EGKArn - CER PKKSS ASSOCIATION. 1 HOCKEY TEST. CHRISTCHURCH, June 24. At a meeting last night between members of the New Zealand Hockey Council and Captain Cowan, of the Indian Army team, it was agreed to play a third Test at Auckland on July lith, subject to the consent of the Auckland Association. This match will lie played irrespective of the result of the two preceding Tests. The referees for the third Test will ho Messrs R. Speight (Auckland) and H. Hatch (Wellington).
