In the Supreme Court to-day it aas announced that a settlement had been reached in the case in which Ida Tawse, one of the benfioiarios under the. will of the late H. J. 11. Glazebrook, proceeded 'against Henry Gascoyne and others, trustees of the will, for alleged improper sale of a property consisting of 2713 acres, to Howard Ghizebrook, one of the beneficiaries and trustees, and claiming accounts, removal of the executors, 'and damages for alleged improper sale. For the plaintiff, Sir John Findlay said that all imputations and allegations mntje by plaintiff and himself against the trustees, valuers and others had been withdrawn in the light of fuller information. There would be no payments by the defendants to plain'tiffy and arrangements had been agreed upon with regard to costs.
