'I he — are satisfied that Beer, who has beeu in bad health for some time from yfar experiences became demented and' shot his wife and daughter and then himself. A RICH DISCOVERY. HOBART, June ' A rich tin discovery is reported on King Island in Bass Strait. Both alluvial and lode alluvial tests ranged from three to fourteen pounds of tin to tho cubic yard and lode results were most satisfactory. It is intended to develop the finds on a big scale.
