Moffett, the vice-president of the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey, who arrived here in the Mauretania to-day, announced that the London the three groups of partners in the I Turkish Petroleum Company had arrived at an agreement in principle with Air C. >S. The company will exploit in Iraq wl|u is believed to be the world's richest oil field, and this is tiie first <ccasion on which the four great oil syndicates have agreed to work together. The American group comprises the Pan American Oil Company, the Gulf 'Company, the Standard Oil, New •Jersey, and Standard Oil.
