It was resolved to ask the Department In revise the conditions under which hoarding allowances were granted scholarship holders. “That the Minister should he advised to esttihlish in centres of over 13,000 people at least one primary school for girls in Standards f In VI, staffed entirely hy women,” was moved hy Mr J.
