COOK BY GAS.
The injunction to cook by gas is worth paying attention to for the reason that gas-cooking is so handy in any household. Gas gives a regular heat supply and leaves no room for guessing whether baking or roasting. Gas may ho adjusted to an even heat and left to do its work to perfection. The new automatic model regulates the heat iteslf.
Cooking by gas is a clean and sure way. Aless and dirt are avoided, and there is no drawing of fuel and endless poking of flies which may not he burning well. Gas cooking is the leisured way, for time is saved, and there is no reason why a household should he without a gas cooker. In the early winter mornings the gas cooker is especially handy to serve up the first meal of the day quickly and without loss of time waiting for a fuel fire to burn up. Gas is so handy and convenient that very few households nowadays are without the ready h6lp of the gas cooker. Domestic requirements are best met by cooking with gas.
