REVOLUTION IN PORTUGAL.
[Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.] POLISH AGITATION. - (WARSAW, June 0. The Cabinet, has authorised the Polish Minister of the Interior to proclaim a state of emergency in the exGerman districts of Posen and Pomerania, owing to the revolutionary agitation by German Chauvinists. The decree forbids open air meetings and empowers the authorities to restrict street traffic at flight, also the confiscation of foreign newspapers if the contents endanger the security of the State. POLAND’S PRESIDENT. - LONDON, Juno 6. The “Times”. Warsaw correspondent says that in the presencejof Pilsudski sitting aloof from other ministers Mnsiccki was sworn in as President. The ceremony took place in the battle scarred castic Zanvek, instead of the Parliamentary Chamber, Pilsudski having changed the venue at the last minute.
