Convicted and fined £2, and costs 7.s and the skins ordered to’be forfeited. .MAINTENANCE ORI)EK, A maintenance order was agreed to by the parties, for 12s Gd per 'week, with payment of £l2 5s costs of birth. Mr Murdoch for complainant, and Mr Elcock for defendant. £2 2s costs were allowed counsel for complainant. DEBT CASES. Bristol Piano Coy., Ltd. (Mr I ilkington) v. Minnie F. Starkey, (hum £l4 5s against separate estate. Judgment for plaintiffs with costs £2 17s. AVtirren and Feeney (Afr Elcock) v. Tlios. Robinson, claim £lss IGs !)d. Judgment for plaintiffs with costs £2 14s. Julia Inwood (Mr Murdoch) v. Thos If. .Tones (Air Pilkington) claim £43 ]os. Judgment for plaintiff by default for £33 10s, noth costs £4 Bs. RESERA'ED JUDGAIENT. His AAMrship gave his reserved judgment in the case of Antlieman v. InterAA'anganui Dairy Coy., Ltd This was a case adjourned from Ross. In this ease the plaintiff, who was a supplier, sued the Inter-AVauganui Dairy Company claiming ltd per pound, being balance of b urns on supply of butter fat. His AA'orship gave judgment for £l2 Os Id .the amount claimed on one penny per pound as agreed, with costs. All- J ATurdoch, for defendants, applied for leave to appeal on law; Air Elcock, for plaintiff, objecting. His AA'orship said if the appellant paid all the costs of the appeal in any event, leave would he granted to appeal. This Was agreed to by counsel.
