BOXING.
[by TEI/EGKArIl —rER PRESS ASSOCIATION. | AIURRAY V. JAM I TO. INVERCARGILL, Alay 31. There was a large attendance at the professional lightweight contest between Los Murray and Silvino Jamito of fifteen rounds. Tho opening stages were characterised by forcing tactics on tho part of Jamito, Murray boxing very coolly. As the fight progressed, Murray assorted his superiority, and punished Jamito with a snappy left, and good use of the right cross. A clever exposition resulted in Alurray getting the verdict on points.
