The Welsh Rugby Union has decided not to officially recognise the Maori teairf* and lias declined to arrange an international match, and it will not accept any responsibility for Club names with the Maoris. LONDON, May 20. The Scottish Rugby Union discussed the proposed visit of a New South Wales team in 1927-28. and agreed to tlie visit on condition that the invitation is extended by tlie four countries, and that all arrangements, financial and otherwise, are conducted jointly by the tour, and that no cash allowance is made to the visiting team.
