[Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.] PARIS, May 20. Aldlle. Lenglen has officially declined to participate in the Franco-American and Franco English teams matches. She declares the French Lawn Tennis Association holds the view that one appearance before the AVimhledon tournment is sufficient. This means that Suzanne will have only one meeting with Helen "Wills before AVimhledon, in the French hard courts championship, the draw for which is so arranged that it is practically certain they will meet in Paris on the 12th. or 13th. June.
