liUSSfAX FATALITIES. (Received tin's day at 9.0 a.m.) MOSCOW. May 20. Three mishaps attended by fatalities are reported. Fifteen men were electrocuted owing to a piece of machinery in a works lie ay Moscow fouling an overheard high tension cable.
