SEVEN SPEED RECORDS. PARIS, April 4. Captain Bentley, driving a Bentley car, with Captain Woolf Barnato acting as his assistant, broke the world’s 24-hours motor-car speed record on the Montlhery track yesterday by covering 2.000 kilometres in 29 seconds faster time than the World’s record of 12h. 24m. 23isee. In all, Captain Bentley lowered seven international speed records.
