[by TELEGRAPH—PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, May 11., At the Supreme Court, Theodore Victor Casey was found guilty of theft of wine and Rosary heads from the Holy Cross Convent, Epsom. The jury failed to agree on charges against the accused of indecently assaulting two little girls. He was sentenced to four months gaol for theft and a new trial was ordecred on the other count.

Henry Cunningham charged with carnal knowledge of a- girl under fourteen years-, was sentenced to six months imprisonment, the jury making a strong recommendation to mercy on account of the prisoner’s previous good record.
