ON STRIKE.
“DAILY MAIL” WONDER. WHERE IS IT PUBLISHED? [Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received tbia day at 9.0 a.m.l LONDON, May 7. How and Where ttlio “Daily Mail” is being produced is mystifying London generally, particularly the strikers. A big body of pickets guarded the office throughout the night questioning all entering or leaving, ready to pounce on the papers. They were bewildered by the uon-nppearnce of a single copy, yet the “Daily Mail’s” London edition appears regularly each morning. Additional copies are brought by aeroplane front Paris to a Channel port and thence motored to London. Tho truth is the “ Mail ” is not published in the usual office where only journalists, fashion editoress and women running the lifts remain. It is officially stated the London edition is published in two [duces known only to three office men sworn to secrecy. Altogether 500,000 copies of London and Continental edition were sold throughout England.
