THE GALLOPING DOCTOR. LONDON. Mar. IG. To gallop to some of liis most urgent eases on horseback has been, during the past few months, the old-world experience of a doctor living at East Moisey, Surrey. He is Dr D. Tinric, who during the steeplechasing season at Hurst Park racecourse 'has been acting as assistant to the medical officer of the course. Dr J v E. Knox. It was decided this winter to have a doctor, mounted on horseback, ready to attend to casualties, and Dr Imrie, who is an experienced horseman, sits in his riding kit on a horse in the centre of the course 4 and watches the races. As soon as a jockey is thrown he gallops to him and attends to him before he is removed by tho ambulance. Dr Tmrie said yesterday that lie found that if there was more than one accident in a race he could get to the injured men more quickly than by riding on the motor-ambulance,
