The Federal Conference on wireless convened by the Association for Development of Wireless in Australia, Neu Zealand and Fiji,has opened. Representatives are present from all parts of the Commonwealth. The speakers urged a better development of wireless. The conference resolved to ask the Federal Government to appoint a Royal Commission to enquire into the position of wireless in Australia and ap pointed a sub-committee to report on braodeasting j copyright, wireless licenses, the encouragement of experimental work and other subjects.
