A meeting ol the Kanieri Football Club will lie Held in the Public Hall. Kanieri. oil Wednesday next at 7.30 p.m. All members and others interested are requested to attend.—Advt. The opening ol the toot hall season on Saturday attracted a fair attendance ot the public, hut the bill of fare was not a very attractive one. There were only about half a-donen senior players taking part in the piny, tlie balance being made up of juniors. The play was fair under the circumstances, one or two players showing somewhat better form than their companions. The B team won by lfi to It). Mr A. Cuthush had charge of the whistle.
